Abstract gold funding roadmap diagram

The Methodology

Exactly how your film gets funded.
Phase by phase.

No vague promises. Below is the real process, the deliverables you receive, how long each stage takes, and how much of your own time it costs.

First deliverable

7 days from kickoff

Documents you keep

Deck, budget, EPK, plan

Your time cost

2 to 4 hours per week

Reporting

Weekly written update

The Six Phases

What actually happens, week by week

Every phase has a defined output. If a phase does not clear, we do not move forward and charge you for motion.

01Week 1

Funding Diagnostic

We read your project the way a fund officer or platform reviewer will.

You receive

  • Eligibility scorecard against 20+ funds
  • Gap report: what is missing before you apply
  • Recommended funding route (grant, crowd, equity or blended)

What we need from you

One 45 minute call, plus your script, treatment or logline.

02Week 2

Materials Build

Every document a financier asks for, written and designed by our team.

You receive

  • Pitch deck
  • Budget top sheet + full budget
  • Director statement, synopsis, bios
  • EPK and one sheet

What we need from you

Assets you already have (stills, trailer, cast). We write the rest.

03Weeks 3 to 5

Audience Foundation

No campaign launches without a warm list. This is the phase most films skip.

You receive

  • Audience persona research
  • Email list build + landing page
  • Content calendar
  • Paid signal tests

What we need from you

Approval on messaging. We run the accounts and the ads.

04Weeks 6 to 10

Launch & Daily Operations

Grant submissions go out. Crowdfunding goes live. Someone is on it every single day.

You receive

  • Grant submissions + tracking
  • Daily campaign updates
  • Reward and stretch goal ladder
  • Press release + trade outreach

What we need from you

Show up for interviews and updates. We handle the machine.

05Ongoing

Investor & Sales Outreach

Parallel track: equity partners, sales agents, platforms and regional co producers.

You receive

  • Targeted investor map
  • Outreach sequences
  • Meeting prep + pipeline reporting

What we need from you

Take the meetings. We brief you before each one.

06Post funding

Delivery & Follow Through

Money in the account is not the finish line. Reporting and fulfilment kill more films than fundraising.

You receive

  • Reward fulfilment logistics
  • Grant reporting packs
  • Festival submission plan
  • Distribution introductions

What we need from you

Sign off. We keep the paperwork clean.

Straight answers

The questions filmmakers ask us first

Do you take a cut of what we raise?

No hidden success fees buried in the contract. Scope and cost are agreed up front, in writing, before any work starts.

Can you help if we already launched and stalled?

Yes. We run a rescue diagnostic, rebuild the audience layer and restructure rewards or the submission plan mid flight.

What if we are pre script?

Then the diagnostic is the right entry point. We tell you which funds accept development stage projects and what they need to see.

How much of my time does this take?

Roughly two to four hours a week. Calls, approvals, interviews. The drafting, outreach and daily operations sit with us.

Do you guarantee funding?

No serious partner can. What we guarantee is that you will never be rejected for a reason we could have caught before submission.

"Others focus on the result. We make the result inevitable."
